What is the best way to submit a business plan?  The best way is not to submit a plan but an overview of your idea.  We will then send you a response as soon as possible.

Will Cera Sign NDAs? No we will not sign or enter into NDAs for any project.

Does Cera provide mortgages and consumer finance such as personal loans?  We no longer provide these services for new clients.  The final applications for this type of finance closed on 31st July 2011.

Can Cera send some brochures?  Yes we can send you hard copy brochures upon request.

Who owns Cera? The White Family Trust has owned cera for over twenty years

Does Cera have its own investors? Yes we have a portfolio of high net worth individuals and institutional investors that will invest in projects in both equity and debt. Cera has access to over £180 million in funds

Was Cera a Belgium Bank? Yes

Is Cera a Principle lender? Yes we can also broker deals, undertake financial arranging and syndicated

Can I introduce projects as a broker to Cera? Only if you pass our broker registration process. Our master broker and packager is The Horizon Group. www.horizongroupinternational.co.uk. If you qualify as an introducer you will receive commissions on drawdowns.

Does Cera offer business account facilities? yes

Can Cera help with Business Plans and Presentations? No but we can introduce you to consultants that will help you such as the Horizon Group. They can assist you.
