Turnkey Finance

At Cera Finance House we are happy to provide turnkey finance for our clients.

Turnkey Finance is particularly used in real estate development, in which the builder assumes all of the risk until a certain point has been reached usually at the completion of the project or when the building is ready for occupancy.

Permanent financing by a take out lender such as mortgage provider can be arranged at that point providing certain conditions are met.

Cera Finance House will also provide turnkey finance for BOT and BOO applications.
